I purchased a Tesla from them and was never informed that one of the rims was cracked. Just two months after buying the car, I had to replace the tire because of the damaged rim, which ended up costing me even more money. Came in as a cash buyer and was not treated fairly at this dealership. The moment we walked in it was obvious the sales agent did not view us as a potential buyer (for whatever reason).
Sales agent could not answer basic questions about the vehicle and tried to pass off a used Mazda 6 as certified pre-owned (it wasn’t).

Giving was personable, but wasn't sure of the different features regarding turbo, engine, etc. We didn't like dealing with 4 different people to close this cash deal. It took about 5 hours.

Dealership is fine and staff extremely helpful . Bryce Painter is very professional , very helpful and accommodating, and excels in customer service. What is extremely disappointing is a 3% fee on use of credit card to pay a $2000 + service charge. I would have used debit but I would need 3 days to transfer money from another account into my checking account to cover the charge and not be charged an additional fee. I will call credit card company about this additional fee which is a decision made by Mazda corporate - insulting !

Keffer Mazda at Huntersville, NC is the perfect place to explore and test drive the latest Mazda vehicles. I recently purchased the 2025 CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus, and before that, I got the 2023 CX-50 Premium Plus and a 2014 CX-5. It's definitely my go-to spot for buying my dream car—always a trusted experience.

Bought my car in 2022 from then salesman Isaac Wine. After purchase I discovered he had lied to me about many of the features on the car. Manager compensated me with a Road Hazard Warranty, however when I went to use this warranty on July 21,2025 they were unable to find the contract. Despite me offering to bring in a copy of it, they said they would be unable to honor the contract. Dealership is full of liars and cons
