Everyone treated my wife and I with the up most respect, especially our sales person Klye Vasquez. Unlike other sales people, Kyle let us know upfront what we needed to know about getting a new car.
I originally leased a car from here and had/drove it for about a month before I was asked to return it. There was miscommunication in the documents needed from me which was very upsetting, HOWEVER, I returned yesterday and was taken care of. Instead, I financed a used car and am very very happy with it. I worked with Nick (finance) and Lee (sales consultant) and they were patient, thorough, and respectful. If you work with them, you are in good hands! Sam was the sales consultant/manager I worked with for the leased car and he was very pushy, more on the inpatient side, and did not appear to have my best interest. He let me drive off the lot with the leased car without doing all of his homework first. Overall, good dealership with some amazing staff that will take care of you.
I requested the car I wanted and every effort was made to get the one I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. The car itself (2018 CX 5) has exceeded my expectations. It is truly a pleasure to drive during the heavy traffic I experience in my daily commute. I would recommend the car and the salesman who sold it to me to anyone interested in a new car.

Upon arriving at the dealership it had a big city feel. The salesman was a little hard to judge character wise. I ended up with a fair deal. Had a little above minor mechanical problems which the dealership very reluctantly, but did pay for. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle after all the dust settled from the problems. The Toyota Tundra pickup is about 8 years old.
It was good to deal with the sales person (Johnathan Xiong). He took time and effort to explain from the very technical up to the financial/cost details. I'm satisfied with my purchase, the way the salesperson, his manager worked out on the deal. The dealership is also up to my expectation. Overall I'm satisfied .
