The Salesman Mr Brian Webb was very pleasant and helpful. He answered any questions I had ,he was very knowledgeable. The dealership itself was clean and the rest of the staff were pleasant.
The dealership is pleasant and attractive. We did have to wait a while after walking in to receive service - more immediate attention would have been nice. No other complaints besides that though.

The dealership is a very laid back operation. There is no pressure out on you to buy a vehicle and everyone is very friendly. I don't live in the area and I had to go to my local dealership for an unrelated item and as soon as I pulled onto the lot, there were sales people heading to my vehicle trying to see if I was going to be their next commission. Keffer is not like that at all.

Had a very pleasant experience with everyone except the sales manager Josh.
My wife and I have bought 8-10 used cars in our lives and understand it is somewhat conflicting by nature. We don't like that part but understand we and the dealership are in direct conflict over the price.
But Josh was downright rude and dismissive.
Our sales guy JT was awesome but after our experience with Josh, we would never go back to Keffer nor recommend anyone else go there.
